I have been practicing loosening up my flowers. Clearly inspired by Lisa Daria's and Patti Mollica's painting style which seems to come so naturally for them. I also decided to start naming my paintings the first thing that comes to mind weather it makes sense or not. Unless it seems incredibly stupid! lol I figure I can save so much time just staring at them and trying to come up with something clever.

It's raining......again.

I love this little painting. I used a photo from paintmyphoto.com for reference. It was such an amazing photo I had to give it a try. It was a rainy morning and I wanted to do something bright and colorful. I'm glad I did. I painted it in the morning and took a quick pic with my iphone and listed it on etsy. It sold a few hours later! so exciting.
